Includes the following fixes and improvements:
- Improved help text
- Returns a meaningful errorlevel (return code) to the caller
- Improved formatting for the list command, with tab delimiters and the last modification date
- Now uses bucketname.s3.amazonaws.com hostnames rather than trying to resolve the bucket name when it is a valid DNS name
- Added /debug option for problem finding
- Now prints friendly error messages rather than raw XML
- All errors now written to stderr instead of stdout
- Uses iterative calls to ListBucket throughout the codebase; previously only found the first 1000 entries (ouch)
- Fixed problem with <filename> parameter sometimes being ignored on the 'get' command
- Fixed problem with /big option when more than 1000 ten megabyte chunks are needed. Now supports up to 99999 chunks.
- Changed list command so that a trailing asterisk on the key prefix is ignored
